To guarantee availability-especially during weekends and holidays-we recommend booking as early as possible. That said, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute reservations when space allows.
Your cabana will be ready for you by 10 AM and will stay up until we begin takedown at 5 PM. You’re welcome to enjoy it anytime during that window.
Yes-there’s public parking near most access points, including Granada Beach Approach and Seminole Avenue Beach Approach. Arriving early is a good idea during peak hours.
Yes, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
You just need to agree to the terms and conditions and the waiver and liability release at check out. At this time, there is nothing else to do but show up and have the time of your life!
Cancellations must be made through your Booqable account by 12:00 AM the day before your scheduled setup to receive a full refund minus the security deposit. No refunds are given after that time. Cancellations made after that time are non-refundable, as preparations for your setup will already be underway. For full details, see our Terms and Conditions.
Weather can change quickly on the coast. If conditions like lightning, heavy rain, or winds over 15 MPH make setup unsafe, we may delay, remove, or cancel your cabana. If we cancel due to weather before 1 PM or the beach closes, you’ll receive a refund or credit for another day.
Yes! While we can’t conduct business directly on the beach due to local regulations, you’ll receive a text or email with your cabana’s exact location by 10 AM. If you need anything, feel free to call or text us at (352) 492-0163.
After 10 AM on the day of your rental, we’ll send you a text or email with the location. We always aim to place your setup as close as possible to your selected beach entrance.

Yes. Guests are responsible for any equipment that is lost or damaged during their rental. If you leave your setup unattended and someone else removes or takes an item—even another beachgoer—you may lose your refundable deposit.
Our team begins takedown promptly at 5 PM and moves quickly to secure all equipment. If you plan to leave earlier than 5 PM, please send us a quick text so we can begin takedown sooner and help prevent items from being left unattended or mistaken as abandoned.
To avoid any confusion, please do not take any equipment with you when leaving—our team will handle everything.
Nope. As long as your setup is within our designated area-between East Granada Blvd and Cardinal Drive-there are no additional charges, even on holidays.
Yes! Book three, four, or five days, and you’ll automatically receive 25% off the third, fourth, and fifth day-no code needed.
We sure do! Military members and first responders are eligible for a special discount. Just reach out before you book to get your code.
Definitely! Feel free to bring along coolers, towels, toys, or extra chairs. Just keep in mind that space under the tent is limited.
We provide a 13×13 ft cabana tent with your rental. Chairs and coolers are available as optional add-ons. Please bring your own towels, sunscreen, and any other personal beach-day essentials.
Since there are public trash bins throughout Ormond Beach, we do not usually collect guest trash. However, our motto is:
“Take only memories, leave only footprints.”
If anything is left behind, we’ll clean up to help keep the beach beautiful.
Yes—Volusia County enforces specific rules to help keep the beach safe and enjoyable for everyone. These include guidelines on tents, fires, alcohol, driving, pets, and more.
